Event Pics - Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats/ Black Moth in der Kaserne Basel

Am Montag 07.04.14 spielten Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats in der Kaserne Basel, als Support waren Black Moth vor Ort. Beide Bands kommen aus England. Bei Black Moth hört man die Einflüsse von Bands wie Iggy and the Stores, Motorhead und Alice Cooper. Eine düstere Angelegenheit mit spürbarem heavy metal Einfluss. Dann kamen Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats, das Quartett aus Cambridge, sie spielen eine Mischung aus Doom Metal und Psychedelisch Rock der 1970er-Jahre, wobei die Gitarrenriffs stellenweise an Black Sabbath erinnern. Sie waren auch schon mit Black Sabbath auf Tour. Die Jungs wurden von Bands wie Neil Young, Black Sabbath, The Beatles, Electric Wizard und The Links beeinflusst. Die Show war laut und überzeugend.
